Update

Our first court hearing has now been rescheduled for Wednesday 24 May 2023. This hearing specifically concerns the group claim against University College London, but could be relevant for other claims.

The High Court will decide whether the claim against UCL should be allowed to proceed, or whether the claimants must first complete UCL’s internal complaints procedure and the ombudsman complaint process.

Please keep an eye out for any updates and do not hesitate to contact the Student Group Claim team at info@studentgroupclaim.co.uk if you have any questions or would like to attend a small gathering outside the Royal Courts of Justice on the day of the hearing (and receive lunch on us!).
